If your Support Coordination service will
be funded by Social Security or Medicare, then we will use Federal
and State guidelines to deliver your service to you.
If your Support Coordination service will be funded by a Third Party provider,
then we will use their approved forms and policies.
If your Support Coordination service will be privately funded, then we will use
your preferred forms and policies, as long as we are not required to compromise
the individual rights of the consumer.
